Frequently asked questions
How is the price calculated?
The fare is a fixed price for the whole route, quoted before you book — it does not change with traffic, time of day or weekday. Waiting time on a delayed flight is included.
Do I need to enter a flight number?
The flight number is optional but recommended for airport pickups: it lets the driver track the landing and adjust the pickup automatically at no extra charge.
Where does the driver meet me at Frankfurt Airport?
The meeting point is the arrivals hall of Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 — your driver waits with a name sign.
Can I cancel?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pickup time; you can also change the time by replying to the confirmation e-mail.
Can I pay the driver by card?
Card payment is accepted directly in the vehicle — as is cash, or paying online by credit card in advance. Business customers can be invoiced. You always receive a receipt showing VAT, as a PDF by e-mail on request.
How much luggage fits in each vehicle?
The Economy, Business and First Class sedans take 2 large suitcases plus 2 cabin bags for up to 3 passengers. The Business Van takes 7 suitcases plus 5 cabin bags for up to 8 people. Declare oversized items — skis, a golf bag, a pushchair, a wheelchair — when booking so the right class is dispatched.
