What we do

FR Transfer runs airport transfers to and from Frankfurt Airport — at a fixed price, with a chauffeur, and without a meter. Every journey is booked in advance: you enter the pickup and destination address, see the price for each vehicle class, and book. What you see there is what you pay.

The offering is deliberately narrow: no hailed city rides, no taxi rank, no shared shuttles. One route, one vehicle, one driver, one price. That restriction is the reason the drive time and the price can be committed to in advance at all.

Why fixed price

With a meter the passenger carries the risk: congestion, diversions, bad light phases and night surcharges all land on the final bill. With a fixed price that risk sits with us. The amount follows the distance and the vehicle class — not how the traffic happens to run that day.

Included are tolls and road vignettes, terminal parking, 60 minutes of waiting from the actual landing time, and VAT. Child seats and additional stops are selected during booking and form part of the same price. Nothing is renegotiated on board.

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pickup time. If your flight is delayed the pickup moves automatically — that is what the flight number is for.

Fleet & drivers

We run 4 vehicle classes: Economy, Business, Business Van, First Class. The sedan classes seat 3 passengers with 2 large suitcases; the Business Van takes up to 8 passengers with 7 suitcases. Which class fits your luggage is set out on the fleet page, including cabin bags and example models.

Every driver holds a passenger-transport permit, wears a suit, and meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We operate as a licensed private-hire company under the German Passenger Transport Act, and every vehicle carries commercial liability and passenger insurance.

Coverage

Our route network covers 21,742 places within Frankfurt Airport's catchment — from Kelsterbach a few kilometres short of the terminal out to destinations more than 1,000 kilometres away. All 16 German federal states are covered, plus 10 neighbouring countries: France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Czechia, Poland, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein and Denmark.

Each of those places has its own page with a real distance, a real drive time, and a recommendation for when to set off. Those figures come from a routing dataset rather than estimates — which is why a nearer town can take longer to reach than a more distant one sitting on a motorway.

Cross-border journeys are standard rather than exceptional: the driver handles tolls, vignettes and border formalities, and the fixed price covers the whole route.
