From Frankfurt Airport into the Chiemgau

About 517 km and five hours and ten minutes separate Frankfurt Airport from Ruhpolding. The A3 carries us towards Würzburg and Nuremberg, then on to Munich and out on the A8 in the direction of Salzburg.

We leave the motorway at Siegsdorf and the last stretch runs up the valley into Ruhpolding with the Chiemgau Alps filling the windscreen. Neighbouring villages such as Inzell, Bergen and Vachendorf are reached on the same approach.
