The route from Lahr to Frankfurt Airport

Lahr lies 226 km from Frankfurt Airport and the run is planned at around two hours twenty – quick for the distance, because almost all of it follows the A 5 up the flat Upper Rhine plain.

After the first kilometres on the B 415 the car joins the A 5 near Offenburg and heads north past Karlsruhe and Mannheim, using the A 6 and A 67 in between, until the airport exit appears shortly before the Frankfurter Kreuz. There is effectively no climbing on this route at all.
