From Frankfurt Airport to Marzahn
After landing the drive heads north on the A 5, then along the A 7 and A 4 past Kassel and Erfurt onto the A 9 towards Berlin. At the ring we take the eastern arc of the A 10 and leave it at the Berlin-Marzahn exit.
From there the B 158 through Ahrensfelde brings you into the district in a matter of minutes. Around 602 kilometres and roughly six hours, in one continuous ride.
Met in the arrivals hall
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall of your terminal with a name sign and keeps an eye on your flight number. A delayed aircraft or a slow baggage belt changes nothing about the pickup.
For families travelling to relatives in Marzahn this is the calmest possible start: off the plane, collect the bags, into the car – no ticket machines, no scramble at the long-distance station.
Arriving in Marzahn
We take you right to the entrance – on the Marzahner Promenade, in one of the estates along the Allee der Kosmonauten, in Alt-Marzahn, or at an address on the Hellersdorf boundary.
Destinations just outside the city limits such as Ahrensfelde, Hoppegarten or Neuenhagen bei Berlin cost no detour at all; they sit almost on the approach road from the ring.
About Marzahn
Marzahn is where East Berlin's housing programme meets serious garden design: the high-rise estate stands directly alongside the Gärten der Welt, the largest park of its kind in the city.
From the cable car over the Kienberg you can see both at once – the tower blocks and the themed gardens. In the middle of it all, Alt-Marzahn survives with its village green, church and historic post mill, a remnant of the settlement that stood here until the 1970s.
Travel tips for arriving in eastern Berlin
In large estates the exact house number matters – the blocks run a long way. Give us the stairwell or a landmark at booking and the car stops at the right entrance.
Evening landings reach Marzahn in the small hours, which is actually the fastest version of this trip, since the Berlin ring is empty. Book child seats in advance.

Transfer, taxi or train from Marzahn?
By rail, Frankfurt Airport to Marzahn means the long-distance station, an ICE to Berlin, then S-Bahn or tram out to the district and usually a final stretch on foot with cases. A rental car means six hours of your own driving straight after landing, plus hunting for a space in a residential estate; a metered taxi over this distance is impossible to budget for. A fixed-price transfer inverts all of that: a driver holding your name, one continuous ride to the door in Marzahn, and an amount that was settled before you even flew.

How long does the transfer from Frankfurt Airport to Marzahn take?
The drive from Frankfurt Airport to Marzahn takes about 363 minutes for 602 km in normal traffic. That is measured from the meeting point inside the terminal, not from touchdown.
Where does my driver meet me at Terminal 1 or 3?
The meeting point is the arrivals hall of your terminal — your driver stands just beyond the customs exit holding a name sign and walks you to the vehicle. The terminal follows from the flight number you give when booking, and a diversion to 1 or 3 still gets you found.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Pickup is linked to your flight number and shifts automatically with the actual landing time — at no extra charge. 60 minutes of waiting are included after touchdown so baggage reclaim and passport control are covered.
How much is a transfer from Frankfurt Airport to Marzahn?
The fixed price for the 602 km route is shown in the booking form before you book and never changes afterwards — regardless of traffic, time of day, weekday or how long the drive actually takes. It depends on the vehicle class and the distance, not on a meter.
How much luggage fits in each vehicle?
The sedan classes take 2 large suitcases plus 2 cabin bags; the Business Van takes 7 suitcases plus 5 cabin bags for up to 8 passengers. Declare oversized items such as skis, a golf bag or a pushchair when booking so the right class is dispatched.
Is this a taxi or a chauffeur service?
This is a chauffeur service: the journey is booked in advance, the price is fixed before you book and no meter runs. Your driver wears a suit, greets you by name and helps with the luggage — in the Business and First Class categories it is a limousine service with a Mercedes E- or S-Class. You hail a taxi at a rank; a chauffeur waits for you at the terminal with a name sign. That makes the transfer the fixed-price alternative to a Frankfurt Airport taxi for Marzahn.
Can I pay the driver by card?
Card payment is accepted directly in the vehicle — as is cash or paying online in advance, and business customers can be invoiced. You receive a receipt with VAT shown either way.
Can I travel with an infant or child seat?
A child seat, booster or infant carrier is selected during booking and fitted by the driver before pickup. State the child's age so the correct size group is installed.
