After landing, the route takes the A 3 through the Spessart towards Würzburg and then the A 9 south, covering roughly 489 kilometres in just under five hours.

The A 99 carries the car around Munich onto the A 8 towards Salzburg, and the Bernau am Chiemsee exit sits right by the lake. From there the B 305 brings you into Prien in a few minutes.
